Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

We may ask you your personal data trough three different kind of forms:

  • The contact form
  • The new newsletter form

The data got by the contact form will be not stored in our server and will not be forwarded to anyone. The contact form processor will only send us an email including your name, your email, your IP address at the moment of the sending, and the information you’ve provided in the contact form text area. After not more than one month that the email is read, we will delete it.

In the newsletter form you can provide us your name and email. These information will be sent together with your IP address by the newsletter form processor to Mailchimp, that is our newsletter provider. We will not store the newsletter form data on our server and in no other archive than the Mailchimp archive locaded in the Mailchimp server. Mailchimp after receiving the data from our server, will send you an email to give you the possibility to confirm your subscription to our newsletter. After confirming your subscription your data will be stored in the Mailchimp server. In any time you will be able to cancel your subscription clicking on the link that Mailchimp will include at every newsletter you will receive.

At any moment you can ask us to cancel your subscription also contacting us at Contact, we will do it for you.

 

You can ask us to delete your data related to your orders at any moment contacting us at Contact

 

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data.
